Then six rounds of countdown rest were carried out, with durations increasing gradually from 15 seconds to 1 minute and 50 seconds. Finally, I timed another rest without countdown. She struggled till 2 minutes and 15 seconds mark before I had to release her. Ummm, there’s a little bit of improvement. Xiaomeng lay on the bed for a long time the next day. She said that all her muscles were aching.
